Cosmos Everything balm

100 ml
Pure botanical essential oils and ingredients.

Soften and nurture.

  • The Cosmos “everything” balm…our guess is that you had no idea anything like this existed. Neither did we and we're so grateful for the great response!

Our formulator and founder found herself experiencing facial *tension* and made a balm to help reduce inflammation and redness while regenerating cellular tissue as she smoothed out those delicate facial muscles.

Made with pure botanicals recognized to:

    - decrease inflammation
    - reduce scarring
    - increase elasticity
    - improve the appearance imperfections
    -  enhance suppleness and softness

    What clients are saying...

"My skin looks and feels so radiant!"
    - Christine C.

The blue-green color of Cosmos comes from a naturally-occurring plant chemical called “(-)-alpha bisabolol,” a valuable and effective anti-inflammatory agent found in our German Chamomile essential oil (and smells divine). Carrot seed oil, patchouli, rose geranium, ylang ylang and sandalwood oils offer luxurious nourishment for the skin. Helichrysum from Corsica has been used for centuries in French skin care for its exceptional cellular rejuvenation properties.

    Why “Cosmos?”
The stunning sparkle in sunlight! We believe this comes from the biodynamic ingredients and stunning color. Our current (very limited) batch of infused biodynamic olive oil comes from Be Here Farm and Nature, a special biodynamic farm in northern California.

  • Recommendation:
Pair with one of our Botanical Mists or an organic hydrosol for a deeply hydrating, skin care routine. The oils will leave your skin soft and silky in the morning.

    How-to:

    1. Spray 3-4 pumps into hand and add a small amount of Cosmos balm. Blend together in your hands and massage face, neck and décolleté.

    2. Generously mist facial skin, take a small amount of balm in your hands and "melt" between fingers. Massage on skin.

While this was made especially for use with “gua sha” and facial massage, it’s called “everything” balm as it’s been used effectively to nourish skin all over and address irritation (even in delicate sinus membranes). A little bit goes a long way.

*If using prior to putting clothes on, we recommend waiting 10-15 minutes after applying. Also, same with make-up. :)

  • Balm: Organic shea butter, biodynamic olive oil, extracts of German Chamomile and Tulsi, camellia oil, cocoa butter, and beeswax.

Essential oils: German chamomile (Matricaria recutita), rose geranium (Pelargonium x Asperum), ylang ylang (Cananga odorata), patchouli (Pogostemom cablin), carrot seed oil (Daucus carota), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), rhododendron (Rhododendron anthopogon), benzoin (Styrax tonkinensis), sandalwood (Santalum album), helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum), Persian rose petal (Rosa damascena), and cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum).

*** All of our ingredients are wildcrafted, organic or biodynamic.

(No synthetics, isolates, pesticides, lab-derived chemicals or genetically-engineered fabrications of Nature. Ever.)

Cosmos helped my acne and sensitive skin

Through my teenage years and into early adulthood, I have struggled with acne and the residual scars it leaves behind. I have utilized varieties of skin bands that claim to combat acne but none of the products have done much to fix the problem they claim to treat. On top of the acne, I also have very sensitive skin which limits me to only select ingredients. With my most recent acne flare-up, I have been using the Cosmos Everything Balm in conjunction with my regular face washing regimen and have found that not only has the redness of the acne dyed down but, a large portion of the scarring is fading and is not so prominent. I utilize the Cosmos Everything Balm every evening before bed and find its aromatic aroma to be quite calming and peaceful. I definitely highly recommend using it!
