Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Your order ships directly from our new Temple Tree headquarters in northern Massachusetts where we formulate, create and love each and every product we offer into existence.

All retail orders will ship USPS Priority mail, unless otherwise requested. Overnight and 2nd Day is available upon request (except to PO boxes). Insurance for the value of the package will be added to shipping costs.

All retail orders over $200 ship FREE!

Broken items: Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package with details of any damage at orders@templetreearomatics.com. We may request a photo of any damage for our records.

Missing package: We require that all packages carry insurance for the value of the shipment as occasionally orders are lost. Please allow two days beyond estimated delivery date for inquiry with our customer service. After 5-7 days we will file a claim and send you a replacement order with no shipping charge.

RETURN Policy:

For product safety, we are unable to accept product returns of any opened or used bottles and product. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please email us at: orders@templetreearomatics.com and we will be happy to assist you. All returns will require a detailed reason for return.
