Lavender Dreams balm is designed to be used before bed as it has essential oils recognized for calming the mind muscles and inviting rest.
Best: After a luxuriously warm salt bath before bed. The oils will leave your skin soft and silky in the morning and help you slumber through the night.
If using before dressing, however, allow 10-15 minutes after application.
